Hey guys,
I've got a 40 breeder (50 total gallons) in which I'm running a won brothers 75 cleanup skimmer. I know it's not the best unit but it was free, and it's been doing a decent job for the better part of the year. However, lately I've noticed it isn't producing much, and the air flow to the main tube is lacking to say the least. I just disassembled everything last week and cleaned up the pipes a bit. It ran great for a few days but now I'm right back to where I stated.
Anyone have any experience with this unit? Any tricks for better air flow? Should I dump the unit and get a better skimmer? Any help is appreciated guys
