Wondering if anyone can ID these

First appeared in part of my LR in a cave alter saw them on an adjacent rock surface. Not sure if these are aiptasia or colonial hydroids.

Recommended removal method theyre slowly moving from one side of the tank to the other

Looks like a species of hydroid
