Looks like it may be a Spotted Kelpfish - Gibbonsia elegans. It probably won’t do well at reef temps for very long (extended periods of temps above ~70F would likely shorten its life). They’re said to eat small crustaceans (possibly including small shrimp, but definitely pods), mollusks (including snails), and algae. So, I’m not sure if they’d eat corals, but they’d probably eat your snails.
