So this fish is doing great, but almost 80% of the time I watch him/her, it is pooping. Not white stringy, but always pooping. Any thoughts?

Looks white and stringy from the picture LOL. Maybe signs of a parasite, or maybe it's just a piggy (you appear to have plenty of algae for it to eat). My coral beauty's were always obsessive grazers.

I would do metroplex/focus mixed in with his food. Better safe than sorry, although it does look like parasites. If he's eating well I wouldn't waste any time; if it is parasites, next stage would be for him to stop eating.

I can't speak highly enough for prazipro, but have seen it not be as effective once I've seen the stringy poo. Mixing metroplex/focus in food has been more effective at this stage. If he is still eating well getting it in his food would be a better choice. The amount that enters the water column from the food usually doesn't impact the reef tank in a negative way. If he stops eating, the window for a more effective would have closed. Just my 2c, please do your own continued research.
