So I ended up doing their 24 live sale and I truly am disappointed. Especially for hearing good reviews. Ended up spending almost $400. What happened is this. I got that 4 pack of random corals. Which all seemed to come in healthy. The grizzly Adams had no coloration and is barely alive now. The efflo is dead. The one I was so excited looked horrible the day I got it and a few days later lost its color and died. Yellow tips acro is barely alive. The stylocoeniella is alive. All in all I probably will never order from them again and keep in mind I don't like doing bad reviews because others have had good experience maybe I just got unlucky but like I said really disappointed and there's nothing wrong with my tank in terms on parameters. I placed all the corals in the sand to let them acclimate but the ones that did horrible had no chance. Really disappointed. [emoji17]

Give Chris a call and let him know your issues. He will take care of you, I've had the occasional bump that we all do but Chris always took care of it. JME

I let them know on the Christmas mirabilils the first or second day. One of the guys said I'd have to pay for shipping $49.99 which to me is just outrageous like yeah I know it's 10 day guarantee but it's not like I have money to blow especially when I'm in college

I know it stinks, but this is the risk ordering online vs a LRS. ( that might not give you ANY guarantee anyway.) If you order you have to be wiling to deal with paying shipping again if something goes wrong, or you might as well not place an order. I had same issue last week, but after reading the store policy I just had suck it up and pay for shipping again.
