Worm and Sponge ID

Need help identifying these. I have some type of sponge growing all over my sump. Doesnt appear to be a pineapple sponge.
Next is sometype of worm I just found. They are between the glass and my frag rack. I dont see them anywhere else but they seem to be multiying. Possibly looks like a bristleworm?

While I don’t know the name of the sponges, I get them in no-light areas of my tank. Good filter feeders :)
As for the worm, best guess would be some sort of bristle worm.
 
Agree, harmless sponges.

The little feelers on the worms head would make me a little nervous about it being in my system as this could indicate its a predator of some sort, at that size there no problem but if its a eunice worm of some sort then they can become a problem.

Are the legs like little tuffs of bristles or are they more formed like a millipedes legs.
