Worm Extending Out of Bubble Coral Skeleton

Hey everyone, noticed this the other evening. Anyone have any idea what it is?! Should I be concerned? I recently had a couple of mystery shrimp deaths beside this coral, so I'm just trying to rule out possible causes. Thanks!

I'd guess that's a Sipunculan (peanut worm) - if so, it should be harmless.
