I was having issues with my zoas in my tank and someone suggested I try dipping them to rule out bacterial infection and this little worm came off of them about 5mins into the dip process. Could this be what was irritating my zoas causing them to not open?

It could possibly be a zoa eating nudibranch. Very hard to tell from the pic. You can google pics and compare to what you have found.

Its a Nereidid epitoke which is nothing more than a baby bristleworm. I personally dont want them in my tanks and generally discard them but not a danger either but i would personally discard

Yeah it kinda looked like a bristle worm but it was so small I was unsure about what exactly it was. He already went down the drain lol

Look like Isopod.
