Worm growing in zoa a and nit looking happy

Any ideas on what this is and how to get rid of it? The zoas are looking irritated

Is it hard to the touch? If so, it looks like a Vermatid snail. You can try to remove it if you can find the base or put some crazy glue over the opening.

kinda blurry, are we looking at the purple tube/worm thing? If so, it looks like a vermitid snail. Does it ever has a mucus stringy thing coming out of it?

if you can get a flat head screwdriver in there, squish the base!

Thanks guys, yeah virmatid was my first thought. Ugh. I will try squishing it and see what happens. Anything else to do besides watch for more?

Thanks guys, yes it’s hard to the touch, but I don’t see any mucus coming out of it

If you can get take the plug out, you can pop the whole snail off with a razor blade or x-acto knife. That’s my preferred method.
