Probably bristleworm; keep it for detritus control and biodiversity is my recommendation.
 
Some folks hate'm; some folks love'm. They work mostly at night deep cleaning your sand, etc. The big worry for some is that they can get huge and maybe too numerous. For your piece of mind, you can check them out at night with the lights out using a flashlight with a bit of red film over the lens. Some fish and shrimp will eat them and help control the numbers, if you think it is necessary. Cheers!

I think they look more like those too. If I saw them in person I'd know pretty quickly. Been wanting some dorvilled ae for my tank. Had them in the past but none at the current time.
