Worm I found in new live rock

What kind if worm is this??
Adding 10lbs of rock to my tank and when I get home and look I found him in the rock container...

Regular bristleworm. Eats left overs.

Yes just a bristle worm and can be put back in tank!

Just make sure to be careful around them, lol. I know a few people who have been stung by them. Other than that, they are definitely something that I would keep since they clean up the bad stuff (detritus). Consider yourself lucky!

they will get pretty long then you need to be careful when they sting it does burn

Yeah I only got a couple,run out of aphasia x..will have to get on top of that one soon.
