Worm (I think) ID

This guy is really hard to get a picture of but appears to be white/clear and about the diameter of sewing thread. Somewhere around 3 or 4 inches long but part of it always stays in a rock.


Any ideas??

Thanks. I've only seen one "tentacle". Do spaghetti worms have multiples? I also believe I've seen little ones that have their full body outside of the rock that look similar but are less than an inch long.
