I’ve had a nano reef for about a year and a half everything’s been going great. Doing a water change today and lifted up a rock to find pink looking worms crawling. It appears to be a bristleworm because of the bristles located on it, but I’m not quite sure.

Small bristle worm…harmless clean up crew member. Just don’t touch it with your bare hands.
Thank you. I did a dip because I saw a few and about 10 came out. Should I become concerned if I see too many?

Not at such a small size. It’s when they start getting big they become more of an issue. Some wrasses and dottybacks eat them if you are concerned.
