Worm Id help

Merry Christmas all !

Today I dropped some food in tank so family can see all the activity , and this worm came out.
I couldn't get a white light pic , worm would retract lightning fast when light changed.
Friend or foe ?

Unfortunately, it looks like a eunice worm.
It can grow large and become destructive, so removal is recommended.
If you search "bobbit worm," you can find a few methods of removal.

I was afraid that was the answer...
It's in an island rock , so hopefully removal won't be difficult.
