Worm id help?

Hi all. I have these worms taking over my liverock. Any ideas on what I should do? They're beneficial but overwhelming. Here's a bad picture of them. I recently moved and am dealing with hair a hair algae bloom after successfully killing almost all of my livestock in the moving process!! (Truck broke down on a 20° day Any input would be appreciated.

its because theres an excess of food for them, they will dieoff once its gone
