Worm ID? Microscope pictures/video

Please help me ID this worm. I found a couple on the glass, 3-7mm length.

Didnt take any pictures of them in the tank as they were too small for my phone to capture clearly. Had to use a syringe to catch them. To me it looked like some type of bristleworm. I recently introduced some coral frags that I dipped prior to adding to the tank.

Are these worms dangerous to fish or coral? Thanks

Just spotted a ton more all over the glass and rock, here is a video of one on the tank glass. Zoomed in video, actual worm size is ~7-9mm.

dang, I think you are spot on. Thanks! According to other threads here, they mainly eat algae. Looking back at my last video, I can actually see it devour a piece of algae off the glass. No wonder there are so many all of a sudden, I've got some algae all over
