What kind of worm is this guy? Found him in my sump munching away at a silverside for my mantis shrimp, probably came out of florida live rock that i got a few months ago. Good or bad?

I could see where the body looks like a Eunice worm but the head doesn’t. Usually there’s more going on there, couple of claws and 5 or 6 antennae (for lack of knowing what they’re actually called) and they lunge out and attack food. I would say neither Eunice or bristleworm. If it were me, I would remove it. I’m not a huge fan of giant worms.
