Worm ID Please

Saw this guy on a frag plug, pretty fast with black and white stripes.
It got sucked up into my power head 10 seconds after I took the photo so there’s no worry if it was harmful.
I just wanna know what it was.

Banded spaghetti worm maybe. Hard to tell from the pic. They are good guys!

Look like Syllid worm.
