Worm ID please

I sucked this out of my sump doing water change yesterday. It kind of looks like a spaghetti worm but not exactly. Could someone ID for sure? The tentacles don’t seem to come out of its mouth. It reaches around with the thick tip of the main appendage. Its about 1 inch long stretched out.

Both are ok.
Despite what "everyone on Google says", spaghetti worms are not the red blobs with a bunch of red, brown, or striped tentacles. Those are hair worms. Spaghetti worms make tubes out of sand (and mucus) and have 2 white tentacles.
