Worm ID

I found this worm on a piece of the live rock today. Apologies for the bad picture – all I could get of it before it scurried away. Any ideas on what it is and if I should be concerned or remove this piece of rock it was on? If it matters, it was fully out of the rock / just crawling on top of the rock. Unsure where exactly it disappeared to.

It looks like it’s probably a regular bristleworm but kinda hard to tell from the picture.
