Let's hope it's some sort of coral pest that just happened to get in the water and there's not another one of those things living inside your fish right now.

If Prazipro hasn't killed it by now, my next test would be a formalin bath. This way you'll know what to do in QT for the fish IF it comes down to it.

Still alive this morning after prazi pro and I dosed more than recommended amount. So I'll take Humblefish's advice and look in to formalin.

So update. Added a little more prazi pro before I went to work come back and boom worm dead. Now I just need to get this guy to eat before I dose him. So far hasn't went after the nori soaked in garlic yet.
