Worm? ID

I am stumped Ive looked everywhere.. just finished my second prazipro treament and I got these on the glass of my qt tank.. ID help would be appreciated !
Descriptors-
Half yellow (front half)
Half white (back half)
Small white eggs

We did just have little fly things around ... could they live in saltwater like that?!

You can try to use almost any lenses / magnif. glass between the tank glass and the camera (close to the camera lenses) to try take a macro of them

(it look like you do the photo that way..., but try too to zoom the camera a bit more (or from the options on the camera to activate macro and zoom after), in some cases you can use 2 magnif. glass for good macro. Hope that will help, because I love to see new stuff from the hitchhikers, because that educate me more..., and like KJ have answer almost for every one, I want to get that answers too xD
