Found these guys hiding in the sand can only see their hair sticking out the sand. The worm itself is buried in the sand. Does anyone know what there are?

Found these guys hiding in the sand can only see their hair sticking out the sand. The worm itself is buried in the sand. Does anyone know what there are?

Spaghetti worms. Good guys. Sometimes they can irritate coral but not often.
