I just found a small white worm on my glass when I turn my light back.

What is it and do I need to do anything to kill it?

net it right now if you can and discard. Looks like a planaria flatworm and hopefully just one. other possibility is a Rhabdocoela Flatworm . Dont want Any flatworms in the tank !
