Alright I got a jaw fish finishing QT, i know i have lots of pods in the tank (one in the picture) but i’m noticing these worms. are they harmless? If not i’m not taking the jawfish out till i solve these

Flatworms, not sure what variety but they can reproduce exponentially. If youre getting a wrasse, its a possible free meal for it.

Depends, if they reproduce too much they end up smothering photosynthetic stuff. Also when they stress/die they emit toxins into the water which can crash your tank.

Airline hose used like a water change syphon directly over them is a good way for removal also.

just get a wrasse?

Depends on size of your tank, I'd do manual removal before you get a fish to solve a problem. You never know if they will actually eat them.
