Strange but kinda cute. Saw it walk up my glass and it has legs that look like a centipede. It can walk backwards quickly as well. Seems to be nocturnal. Around 3cm long.

Looks like some sort of dorvilleidae worm but KJ is better at this. Whatever it is, it most likely isn’t a problem and don’t nuke your tank over it.

I would take it out. To me it looks like a baby Bobbit worm but I could be wrong.
