Nah, the fire worms are easy to catch. Normal bristle worms are more difficult.
Just use food to bait them out and scoop with net or tongs.
 
You can also tell if it's a bearded fireworm (Hermodice carunculata) because it will have a distinct caruncle. Just look for a red feathery thing on its head. If it has one then remove it from the tank.

You probably don't want that one, it seems to be a fireworm and not strictly a detritivore.
 
They don't reproduce as quick as normal bristle worms. So. most likely not. Raw shrimp will make them pop up. If you think you have more.
