Worm ID?

Any idea what this worm is? It has a calcium skeleton it retracts into. It came on a clove rock.

If it's like mine, It is and isn't a Vermatid. It's a type of Vermatid, but not the evil kind that will take over your tank. Check my post history, I should have a couple videos of these guys. I've had 4 in my pest tank for three years now. I still only have 4, with none of the "classic" vermatid growths anywhere else.
