Worm?? ID

I saw the tentacles of this thing sticking out of my sand bed. I have no idea what this is. Any ideas?

Can't see video either, but from description look up spaghetti worm and see if that's it.

It looks like a Terebellid worm of some sort - maybe put it in the sump if you have one?

I do have a sump but its a newish tank and I don’t have any sand or anything else in the sump yet. I feel like this thing needs some sand to survive. Maybe not?
