Worm in my reef tank.

please help me ID this worm. Is a tiny worm look like the earthworm. Please tell me if this is reed safe? I can't get a picture of it. Any one have any idea?

Maybe scroll down through these pictures and see if you see anything that's familiar. Go down through all the photos and not just the polychaetes, because there are different types.

Look like Bootlace Worm, Ribbon Worm. Now I need help with how can I remove it? I have 125 gallons tank. Any idea anyone?
