Worm in QT

I haven't been operating this qt in a long time, just water changes and test, today I noticed it's very dirty, I cleaned it and found this small "maggot" like thing that is yellow and very fast

What is that? I'm scared to touch my tank

It disappeared... It looked like a fungus gnat larvae in saltwater
