Worm in torch?

My torch started losing PE yesterday and today it is getting worse. Does this look like a worm inside?

Those are mesenterial filaments extruded by the coral.

It's a sign of displeasure, so it is bothered about something.

It definitely can look like worms yes but those are mesenterial filaments. Have there been any swings to parameters? Anything with sweepers nearby it could be fighting with?

I just got back from my lfs.
I need to do a water change! I did have a couple swings. Ugh.

Three days. Only different thing I did was fees roids and phyto on Friday.
Before Friday my levels were good on everything.

Everything took a dump. However, all my other corals are doing good, so far.

The way the torch looks, in my opinion would be a bit dramatic, for those parameters moves.
