Worm?? Is it bad for my tank

They are like little tentacles popping out of my rock work and will move when stuff goes by then will these infest my tank ?

Will post another sorry very hard spot and they are all like clear I just woke up seeing these and have no fish store that’s open so just freaking out and have a bunch of aiptasia that just came out of no where. Going to the LFS tm to talk abt how to get rid and maybe get a hermit or snail something that will help get rid of them

The clear tubes? Doesn't look like worms to me. Maybe sponges or hydroids? If the former, I wouldn't worry about it.

them and anyone gave any way to get rid of aiptasia anyone ever delt with this problem they are making my tank look like crap this is going on 4-5 month of tank being established and everything

Looks like sponges or tunicates to me. Harmless filter feeders that tend to come in surges and disappear over time

To get rid of the sponges/tunicates? Just pull them out. Though they can be beneficial so I'm not sure if that's the best way to do it. For aptasia get 2-3 bhergia nudibranchs
