Hello Folks! Have a worm like creature in my tank. Can you please help me identify what it is? is it harmful? Do i treat my tank to get rid of this?

Bristleworm. I absolutely hate them. They freak me out! Arrow crabs will eat them or you can take them out. But yes they are good member of clean up crew if you can tolerate them
 
Need to see face as it may be epitoke, common bristle or even sillidae which at times look similar

Tony, an epitoke is not a species of worm.
Epitoky is a process that occurs in many species of polychaete marine worms wherein a sexually immature worm is modified or transformed into a sexually mature worm. Epitokes are pelagic morphs capable of sexual reproduction.
