Worm like creatures in my pod farm

I have a pod farm that I started roughly about 2 months ago and I'm starting to notice that theres very small white worms (slightly longer than the pods) on the glass.. I have apocyclops in there. I feed ocean magic phytoplankton and I also have a marinepure ceramic bio cube

I think I know what you are talking about, most people I know just call those sump worms. Do they have little calcified tubes and feathery heads?
