I recently started up a 75g Reef Tank, It has a few corals and snails, and no fish. Tank is 7 weeks old.
I think they are flatworms but would like a second opinion. If they are flatworms what is the best way to deal with them? Every day they are growing more numerous, my best guess is there are around 100 give or take on the glass.

Any advice is appreciated.

Possibly ghost flatworms, which are generally held to be harmless. They're typical in new tanks, and greatly diminish in quantity thereafter.

The best (but most problematic) flatworm eater is the velvet nudibranch, which is not recommended for aquariums your size as they'll starve to death once they run out of flatworms. Most aquarium wrasses will also happily eat them, however.
