Worm like thing on my rock

So I don’t no what this line green looking worm is on my rock it doesn’t move

Yeah I cannot get off the rock and I don’t know if it is harmful

SOmetimes I break these with a blunt instrument to feed my fish the worm, especially the Vermetid snails. I'm not certain that is a Vermeted, but if it starts sending out a slime net to catch food I would smash it before it multiplies. Vermetids bother corals. It might be a harmless feather duster worm, and those I don't bother. Keep an eye out, feathers good, slime nets bad.

Assuming it’s a tube worm (better picture would help), then both harmless and beneficial.

Tube worm likely but follow my rule:

IF IN DOUBT. . . CHUCK IT OUT !

I CAN SURE AS HECK DO WITHOUT A WORM, SHRIMP, ANYTHING I'M UNSURE OF.
