Worm? Nem? Hydroid? What is this thing?

Got a purple gorgonian with this crazy hitchhiker on the top of one of the tentacles. The little mouth in the middle opens and closes like a claw machine. Then there is like a disc of tentacles with curled/flexible tips. It’s really very cool and I hope it’s not harmful!

Any ideas??
