Bristle worms basically come in two flavors. Small ones that never seem to grow any bigger and would be nearly impossible to eradicate anyway. And huge ones as big around as your finger and 6 to 10 inches long.
I would ignore the small ones and focus on not overfeeding your tank as surplus food will cause them to reproduce.
I would remove the larger ones as they are more dangerous to you and to your corals.

Ok. Thank you both. They went back in the rock anyway. Thought I might have had a fun game of whack a mole with chopsticks tonight. But I figured I’ll never get rid of them if I can see them. It’s just odd that now after like 8 months all sorts of animals are showing up at the same time.

Lol - poor bristle worms.

I’d say he is about 3.5 mm around. Not the biggest bristle worm you will see.
Pretty sure the question was supposed to be ID - short for identification - not outside diameter.

I mean, is sarcasm totally lost on you? I even made sure to answer his question while being a wise-butt
I know. I was having fun with you. That was supposed to be the point of the gif, but a lot tends to get lost in text. Mine was supposed to be sarcastic as well.
