This morning I took a photo of this worm on my glass. My tank is ten months and I started it with live rock from salty bottom reef company. This is the first time that I have seen a worm on my glass. What type of worm is it? Thanks.

Size and is it searching around on the glass?
I would say it was between one and one and a half inches long. Unfortunately, I was on my way out the door to head to work and didn’t see what it was doing.

I have worms that look similar to that but I don't think mine are that massive or I have not seen one that massive yet.

Mine eat pods.

I am going to go with a Dorvilleidae Bristleworm.

Thanks for the responses. If the worm is out when I get home tonight I will post another pic.

Flatworm.
