Over the past 2 months I have lost 2 zoa frags. All my zoas appear to be healthy but 2 frags closed up at different times and just vanished over a week or so. The second one that I just lost was down to 1 polyp and I noticed a very thin worm on it that was about an in long. The thing was so small that I couldn't get a picture. Could this worm be slowly devouring my Zoas?

It actually looked a lot like this but it was out with the lights on which I thought they didnt do.

Not dorvilledae.
Try dipping in peroxide and add lugols iodine occasionally to water.

Dorvelleidae will come out at times in light. Sometimes zoas just melt while others flourish. Anyone who grows zoas have experienced this and it's frustrating.

2nd this. I have over50 different Zoas and over 150 frags of them. Every now and then one just melts it’s why I always keep 2 frafa of every zoa and try to keep them in different tanks
