Hard to ID from these pics, but I’d lean towards sea cucumber of some kind!

I'd agree that a better picture would help but just to start the guessing game off try googling Pinkfish Sea Cucumber. Just a long shot from the existing pictures. Can you put it in a cup of water with white lights?

To add a bit of info from observation:
It does seem to move like a cucumber. The top does squiggle around but it does move like it is attached at the base to the rock. It also expands and contracts like a worm might but not much more than the pics.
