Worm or poop?

My new guys are in QT. I use preventive meds on them. Wondering if this is a worm or just poop? Any help is welcomed

hard to say from blurry pics but usually fish waste dont stay solid 1 piece that long. waste usually becomes fine dust/sand quickly.
