Worm or slug? Bad?

Found this. Came with chaeto I bought along with brittle starfish. Any ideas. Looks clear and the inside is the brownish stuff. Moves like a slug/worm.

Looks like a chiton to me.

For me it looks like a polyclad flatworm trying to go trough that net. Maybe a better movie or picture.
