Worm or slug-like Creature in Sump

Got another creature feature. What is this thing? A fancy flat worm?

Looked like it. What does one do with a creature like this in a new and currently cycling aquarium? Is this a harbinger or par for the course in a refugium?

That will depend on who you talk to, I suppose

I personally wouldn't do anything. I have flatworms right now and consider them a part of my little ecosystem and always have, but we all don't feel the same about it.

Yours reminds me of a particular coupling of acoels. I'll see if I can find the article.

I was just reading a few sites regarding the semi recent reclassification of this worm. Interesting origin story.

Yours are more fun than mine. You can barely see the type I have, except for under a microscope.
