Not sure, I know the right side is the typical bristleworm that I always see

Loojs like a feather worm that left it's tube.

The crown reminds me of a cocoworm.

Its a cocoworm which has bailed out putting you at 50/50.
50% says it will rebuild a tube and the other 50% suggests it will slowly decline. Let it take its course and do nothing which will only stress it
