Worm person found in shell - GROSS

Picked up some shells from my LFS. I dipped them beforehand because I've had some unwanted hitchhikers in the past. I took this shell out and this THING from another planet was in it. What is it? Does it need to be incinerated?

Just a common bristleworm. They’re good cuc, some people don’t want them. It’s up to you.
