Worm Problem?

Hey Guys,
I just saw one of these guys in my sand bed. Not sure if it’s a bad worm. Anyone know what this brownish red worm is? If it is bad, do you have any advice on removing it? Recently lost my 3 ricordeas that seemed to be doing fine in my 75 gallon soft coral tank. Saw bits of ricordea tissue lying on rock and suspected my newly added aptaisa eating file fish as the culprit. However am looking for possible worm problems as well.
