Worm thingy ok or remove?

saw this in my sand. Anything to be concerned about?

Looks like a bristle worm. They are like nightcrawlers for a garden. They clean up your sand bed and turn it over so to speak. Just don't grab them with your fingers. The bristles will stick in your fingers like fiberglass. They do make traps for them or you can find a DYI on YouTube how to remove them if they grow to a high population. The population of them is based upon how much left over food is in the tank.

Weird since there isn't any food in there. It's in fallow.

Yet another reason to wear gloves while working in there thanks
