Worm/Tube on Euphyilla

This worm thing has been on the side of my euphyilla since I got it but now I’m wondering if it’s killing it. It’s gotten pretty big it had been covered in glue for the past 3 months and I thought whatever it was had died. Nope, it still comes out with its little head and puts out a web thing when I’m feeding. My euphyilla had been doing bad the past few days too. My levels are all good. They hadn’t been opening at all and small heads on the side were dying. All my other corals and euphyilla are doing good. This one had been doing great in this spot since I got it 7 months ago.

Also brown stuff coming out of euphyilla now.

Brown stuff sounds like pooping (if it’s coming from the mouth).
Looks like some sort of tunicate if you are talking about the large brown circle, but I haven’t heard of them putting out webs.
Other guess would be a vermetid because they behave like described, but would look like a thin, cylindrical protrusion. I think I see two at the top...

A picture of the brown stuff may help. Could just be poop. The flesh looks healthy in your 1st pic.

I'm guessing a vermatid snail that someone tried to cover with glue and it has burrowed its way back to the surface.

I tried to cover it for 3 months lol you can see the brown stuff in the pic I posted earlier on the left head.

Wihtout a clearer picture, I don't know. I can only make random guesses due to shape. You said you tried to cover it. Does that mean it moves? Or the putty you used didn't stick?

I should’ve said I did cover it. I had put coral glue over it for a few months.

Scrape it off. Or crush it. And re glue. Might have more of them now.

The coral is just fading away now. There is a lot more now.

They were eating the skeleton or killing it underneath because of them being there. I hope that was it but there is some exposed side pieces leading into the inside skeleton. I also hope this piece can recover.

Could be burrowing worms from what you're desribing. Since they live in the skeleton, dips won't work on them.

Unless someone else with experience knows how to remove them. I'm not sure how to remove them with out killing the coral.

Vermetaid snail. Take a coral cutter and crash the entire thing off. Easy to do. But if you have such a big one here, you have them elsewhere. They put out web whenever you feed and can irritate other corals. Best you can do is manually remove as much as you can and get some bubble bee snail to control new ones from popping up although bubble bee snail route hasn't been 100% proven.

Now if you got rid of the pests, coral should recover. Hopefully it doesn't get hit with brown jelly.

I’ve removed the creature thing but it wasn’t a Vermetaid snail. That is a desperate issue I have. This one was much larger than any of the Vermetaid snails in my tank. Update: maybe be vermetaid snails just much larger.
